Duct Cleaning

  • We use Roto-brush machine to clean supply and return ducts

  • Agitate dirt and debris with a brush while simultaneously vacuuming

  • Vacuum out return plenum  

UV-Light Installation

  • UV-light installed in supply plenum

  • UV light is an air purification system that uses advanced oxidation technology to neutralize airborne pollutants, such as viruses, bacteria, mold, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

  • Produces low-level, airborne hydrogen peroxide molecules that react with pollutants as they pass through your HVAC system.

Blower-Wheel Cleaning

  • We pull the entire blower-wheel assembly

  • Pressure wash with cleaning solution to remove dust, debris, and grime

  • Reinstall blower-wheel assembly and confirm operation

Evaporator Coil Cleaning

  • Clean evaporator coil in place

  • We use manufacturer recommended cleaning solution

  • Helps remove debris and ensure proper airflow across coil fins
